What to expect

You will be taken to the basin for a shampoo and a scalp massage, with a light conditioner if your hair needs it. Then we move to the chair and blow-dry the hair into the shape you asked for, smoothing as we go. It is a relaxed, fairly quick visit, usually in and out within the hour.
